Abstract
Perceptuo-motor difficulties do not create world headlines, though of late the press has given more lineage to the problem if only in the form of feature articles and brief reports on current research. The population in general does not view such difficulties as a cause for great concern. They are not life-threatening, nor can they be cured by heroic surgery.
It is not enough to understand what we ought to be, unless we know what we are; and we do not understand what we are, unless we know what we ought to be. T.S. Eliot, 1935
