Abstract
In industrialized countries, the lack of roughage in people’s diets is one of the reasons for the high incidence of kidney stones. As attempts at changing people’s eating habits are usually unsuccessful, a mixed preparation of wheat and soya brans, enriched with potassium, magnesium, iron, and zinc, has been developed to help prevent the recurrence of kidney stones.
