Abstract
Painful muscle cramps (MC) are frequently seen in liver cirrhosis (LC) patients. Matsuzaki et al. 5 reported that oral taurine administration helped to relieve MC in LC patients. We previously reported that in 34 out of 38 cases of LC (89.5%) patients oral taurine relieved MC6.
