Abstract
The main focus of this chapter is to look at automating the key business processes of the proposed application. Every organization has its own unique business operations carried out daily that are a key part of the business. There are automated business processes where no user interaction is required, and there are some processes where user interaction is required. Also, there could be business processes where certain user actions are completed, and then an automated process is triggered to complete the business process.
