Abstract

Product scenarios are used to describe how a user will interact with a product to perform actions to achieve a specified goal and tie the who, what, when, why, where, and how in order to provide the overall context of those user actions. In order for a product scenario to be effective, it utilizes user profiles (personas) and focuses on the key interactions between the user and the product. The use of product scenarios can help narrow the focus to which product features would provide the most value to customers.
