Abstract
The Swift code that is shown is very similar to code you have seen and probably written in other programming languages. Although Swift is an object-oriented language, you haven’t yet seen Swift object syntax in the first two chapters because the emphasis has been on getting you used to playgrounds and Xcode for entering code.
That changes with this chapter.
