Linux Audio Plug-Ins (LADSPA) is a set of plug-ins that can be used by applications to add effects such as delays and filters. It was designed with simplicity in mind so is capable of only a limited number of effects. Nevertheless, these can be quite wide-ranging and are sufficient for a large variety of applications.
