Abstract

The problem of time non-reversibility in solids has attracted growing attention during the last few years. Here first of all we mean “natural” symmetry-breaking phenomena in superconducting cuprate materials associated with the anyon superconductivity model. In this paper we investigate a different problem of loss of time reversal symmetry and related light-polarization affecting phenomena in semiconducting materials resulting from intense optical excitation.
