Abstract
The role of an applied behavior analyst is to provide effective treatment for clients though the use of scientifically validated techniques within an ethical framework. Given the complexity of the principles governing human behavior, a competent clinical applied behavior analyst must display a large array of highly refined skills and must keep abreast of new developments in a rapidly evolving field.
