Abstract
So far we have treated network techniques as pure mathematical structures, directed graphs on which different computations have to be performed in order to achieve the results. To make network techniques more understandable, skeletonization has been done in previous chapters. We got rid of all the components that are used in practice but make the understanding more difficult on the beginner level. Problems of structured planning, special activity types, tracking the project, loops, calendar and multiproject scheduling are discussed in this chapter.
