Abstract
At presentation, clubfoot is clinically obvious, and diagnosable without radiographs. Diagnostic imaging would serve better to evaluate for congenital malformation syndromes, such as diastrophic dysplasia, that may foretell great difficulty in successful orthopedic treatment of clubfoot. Moreover, diagnostic imaging is pertinent for such associated conditions as tibial reduction deformity (viz., tibia hemimelia) or myelomeningocele.
