Abstract
In the last two decades, we have witnessed spectacular innovations in Finance. These innovations may have been rooted in the process of economic growth; from the uncertainty and volatility associated with foreign exchange rates, interest rates and other asset prices; or even from the desire to get around government-imposed regulation (Miller, 1992).
