Abstract

The examination of some recent studies in this field testifies that the leading researchers, who have been dealing with the problems of mastering sporting skills (Nabat-nikova & Hordin,1982; Balsevich & Zaporozanov, 1987) link the future progress in the training of sports persons with an attempt to individualize them on the basis of selection, orientation and prediction of sports endowments.
