Overview

Chapter 10 focused on reporting OBE analyses so that one is both credible and communicative. This is not the same as acting on the analysis. Many bookshelves (if not rooms) are filled with evaluation reports that are both credible and communicative, yet are collecting more dust than readers or action. Thus a logical question is “Why aren’t more evaluation studies acted on?”
