Abstract

Advances in mixed power IC technology make it possible to produce integrated circuits of VLSI complexity that combine CMOS, DMOS and bipolar elements. As a result new design methodologies are necessary. In this paper we describe the new technology trends and present an example of how an experimental circuit of this type has been designed.
