Abstract

Before discussing our findings, reiteration of the major difference between the various structures proposed by Glenn and Stein is in order: namely, whether or not there are causal relationships between different statements. Other research has investigated children’s understanding of causality, and our results profitably can be viewed within the context of this literature.
