Abstract
In 1956 Stearns-Roger was commissioned under Air Force Contract 04(611) Z041 with the Directorate of Missile Captive Test to make an engineering study of the different methods of insulating a liquid oxygen transfer line to be installed at the Experimental Rocket Engine Test Laboratory, Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards, California.
