Abstract
Clinical photography provides a cornerstone in the clinical record audit trail. The significance of standardised photography cannot be understated and is important for diagnosis, treatment planning, audit of outcome and medicolegal and in managing patient expectation. This chapter demonstrates and discusses the standardised approaches, as well as how to achieve the best results, and also how to secure consent for photography.
