Abstract

We all love Photoshop — it’s great, it’s fun, it lets us create amazing graphics, but... But, well, it can be just a little bit frustrating can’t it? Have you ever waited ages for an image to load because the file size was too big? Or opened completely the wrong image twenty zillion times because you can’t remember how you named your images? Photoshop is such a huge application that using it can sometimes be a little laborious. Well, not any more folks. This chapter will look at the best ways of speeding up your Photoshop use from file organization to customizing the tools, we’ll also look at faster previews, transforms and navigation, and we’ll round off the chapter with a rundown of the best, most indispensable Photoshop shortcuts.
