-Manfred F. R. Kets de Vries, Distinguished Clinical Professor of Leadership Development and Organizational Change, INSEAD

'Coaching with Colleagues is ambitious in its depth and range, written with passion and enthusiasm, and rich in metaphor All in all, it is a rigorous and valuable guide for managers and professional coaches alike.'

'This is a really comprehensive and detailed analysis of the different approaches to coaching. It really "brings it all together". But more than this, the book sets out an agenda for a more integrative approach to coaching.'
