About the editors

Dr. G. Pradhan is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at NIT, Patna, India. He received his M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from IIT Guwahati, India, in 2009 and 2013, respectively. He has more than 12 years of teaching and research experience. His research interests are speech signal processing, speaker recognition, speech recognition, keyword spotting, and VLSI signal processing. He has published more than 50 papers in various reputed national and international journals, and conference proceedings.

Dr. S. Morris is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. She obtained her B.E. degree in Eectronic and Electrical Engineering at Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamil Nadu, in 1990. Subsequently, she obtained her M.E. degree at Anna University, Tamil Nadu, in the area of the power system in 1992. In 2005, she obtained her Ph.D. degree from Multimedia University, Malaysia, in the area of engineering. Over the past 25 years in academia, she has contributed her expertise to several external/internal research grants and award-winning projects. She has over 50 research publications. She is a professional technologist of the MBOT, BEM and ISTE. 

Dr. Niranjan Nayak is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, SOA deemed to be University, Odisha. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Institution of Engineers, Kolkata, India, in 1991. Subsequently, he obtained his M.Tech. degree from UCE, Burla, Odisha, in 2003 and received his Ph.D. degree from SOA deemed-to-be-university, Odisha in 2015 . His expertise lies in power system engineering, soft computing, HVDC & FACTS, renewable energy, power system relaying, evolutionary computing, robust controls and machine learning techniques. He has publishedmore than 35 papers in various reputed international journals and conference proceedings. He is a member of professional bodies like IEEE, IET, ISTE and IE.
