About the editors

Dr. Wang Yue received his Ph.D. degree from the Complex Systems Laboratory of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. His areas of expertise are control technology and control engineering, mainly focusing on robot dynamics and multi-robot coordinated control. Since 2003, he has been actively engaged in the research and development of a general agile platform for spacecraft, and in the design, development and testing of overall and control systems for new optical remote sensing satellites at the China Academy of Space Technology. Over the years, his work has involved the design of spacecraft systems, design of space-ground integration, autonomous mission management, autonomous health management, reliability design, and real-time processing applications in space. In addition, he has supervised or participated in the design and development of overall and control systems for more than 10 spacecraft. He has won many national science and technology progress awards, and holds more than 10 patents.

Ms. Meixia Fu received her bachelor’s degree from Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Qingdao, China, in 2014. Her research interests include computer vision, human action recognition and big data mining. She has published several papers in journals and conference proceedings, and is an IEEE student member.

Dr. Lexi Xu received his Ph.D. degree from the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary University of London, UK, in 2013. He is currently a Senior Engineer at China Unicom Network Technology Research Institute, Beijing, China. He is also a Senior Researcher at the National Engineering Laboratory of Next Generation Internet Broadband Service.

Dr. Xu is a member of the IEEE, and a China Unicom delegate to the CCSA, ITU and ETSI. He has been involved in more than 30 big data research projects and network optimization projects. He has published more than 60 technical papers and served on the Technical Program Committees (TPCs) of 8 international conferences. His research interests include big data, self-organizing networks, and radio resource management in LTE-A/5G.

Ms. Jiaqi Zou is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree at the School of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Technology, China. Her research interests include video coding and image processing. She has published several papers in conference proceedings.
