Overview
- Green communications and networks, with the aiming of energy costs and CO2 emissions’ reducing, and environment protecting, has become a potential research focus for all the next-generation communications’ and networks’ designers. Therefore it is timely to set up forums for researchers and developers to discuss features and exchange ideas on all challenges and solutions for green communications and networks
- The proceedings of GCN2011 will provide a forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry, and government to address the most innovative research and development including technical challenges, social and economic issues, and to discuss their ideas, results, work in progress and experience on all aspects of advanced green communications and networks engineering
