Since 2017, Peter has been working independently on organizational projects and future initiatives. After graduating in mathematics and physics from the University of Bonn (Germany), he began his professional career at Deutscher Herold, then part of the insurance group of Deutsche Bank. Later, he took on strategic leadership and most recently was program director for global transformation in the Zurich Insurance Company (ZIC). In his professional network, he has leveraged his experience and strategic thinking to the development of various leading companies. He is the author and publisher of several books and articles on strategy, leadership, and project and project portfolio management. Currently, he is developing new consulting concepts involving the 17 UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Peter is also the founder of wine business: VinAuthority.

Reto Püringer has worked for more than 20 years in the banking and insurance industry. He held various senior positions in large international companies such as ABB, UBS, AXA, and Zurich, and his practical experience ranges from strategy development, proposition development/management, business/portfolio design, and large-scale change program delivery to finance/actuarial. Reto has seen the practical implications on what change means to individuals in their different context and also change that is required from a strategic point of view. The focus in his work continues to find a way to combine both aspects.
