About these proceedings


This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the First European Conference on Research and Advanced Technology for Digital Libraries held in Pisa, Italy, in September 1997.
The volume presents 23 revised full papers selected from 77 submissions. Also included are two invited contributions.
