About these proceedings

Introduction

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second International Conference on Digital Transformation and Global Society, DTGS 2017, held in St. Petersburg, Russia, in June 2017.

The 34 revised full papers and three revised short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 134 submissions.
