About these proceedings

Introduction

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second Russian Supercomputing Days, RuSCDays 2016, held in Moscow, Russia, in September 2016.

The 28 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 94 submissions. The papers are organized in topical sections on the present of supercomputing: large tasks solving experience; the future of supercomputing: new technologies.
