About the authors

BERND VLAY, architect and urbanist; since 1995 art projects, curator and lectures for architecture and urbanism. 1999–2005 assistant professor at the Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna; guest professor at Cornell University, Ithaca/New York; since 1999 general secretary of Europan Austria.

PAUL RAJAKOVICS, architect and urbanist; 1997–2003 assistant professor at the University of Technology, Vienna where he still teaches; since 2004 co-secretary of Europan Austria.

MARKO STUDEN, architect and urbanist; founder and director of SCAPELAB, Laboratory for spatial operations; lecturer at the University of California, Irvine and the University of Ljubljana, since 2003 general secretary of Europan Slovenia (with Tadej Glazar).
