This book brings together an international collection of original papers looking at the impacts of the recent liberalization measures in the transport sector. It contains a number of area studies which focus on the deregulation of countries such as Switzerland and Australia as well as the broader European perspective. Additionally there are a number of modal studies which pay attention to the deregulation which has taken place regarding road, rail and air transport in selected countries.
