This third edition of the late R.J. Salter's successful book has been revised and updated by N.B. Hounsell. Part I covers transportation planning, incorporating new methodological approaches and models. Part II covers highway traffic analysis and design, including updated sections on link and junction design, together with new computer aided design packages.
