Abstract
A conceptual inaccuracy introduced in [1] in calculating the interaction potential of two electrons in cryogenic plasma with degenerate electrons is corrected. The obtained corrected formula only quantitatively differs from formula (2.4) derived in [1]. The qualitative conclusion that the exchange wave interaction of electrons appears attractive is retained; the dependence of the interaction potential on the distance between electrons is changed.
