Abstract
A relation for calculating the volume fluid rate through a cylindrical channel under turbulent conditions, which is a function of the dynamic velocity, tube radius, and kinematic viscosity of liquid, is proposed. Experimental testing of the derived formula, performed on liquids of different chemical nature (water and petroleum) showed the reliability of calculated results in theoretical prediction of the volume flow rate under turbulent fluid flow conditions.
