Mode of turbulent heating of plasma by hot and cold ions

Abstract

Turbulent heating of plasma particles in the mode of strong heating by hot ions and weak heating by cold ions, where the turbulent state lifetime is not limited as in the case of heating by ions with equal temperatures, is discussed.
