Abstract
The key factors for forming ordered plasma-dust structures (OPDSs) by which their properties can be controlled were determined in recent studies. In particular, it was found that the type and pressure of plasma-forming gas, the discharge current density, the macroparticle density and physicochemical composition can be the factors controlling characteristic properties of a specific OPDS type. Quantitative dependences of OPDS characteristics on these quantities were determined.
