Optical diagnostics of the beam parameters in the “Pakhra” synchrotron

Abstract

An experimental setup for rapid measurements of transverse sizes of the electron beam and its position in the synchrotron chamber is described. Experimental results which allow estimation of the possibilities of diagnostics of electron bunch parameters are considered.
