Evaluation of Surface Characteristics of ZnS and Zn2SiO4 Powders by SFM


The surface characteristics of ZnS and Zn2SiO4powders were evaluated by scanning force microscopy (SFM) to optimize the coating process. The different characteristics of uncoated and coated powder are presented.
