Retraction: “Ion transport and electrochemical tuning of Fermi level in single-wall carbon nanotubes: In situ Raman scattering” [J. Mater. Res. 22, 603 (2007)]

Abstract

This JMR article mainly contained essentially identical data, analyses, and conclusions that the author had submitted and published previously in another journal without notifying JMR or that journal. This is a strict departure from JMR policy: “Manuscripts are accepted with the understanding that they represent original research, except for review articles, and that they have not been copyrighted, published, or submitted for publication elsewhere.” The author was asked to submit a formal letter of retraction, which has been received. This article has been removed from the MRS Web site.
