In the original publication [1], there is an error in Eq. 3b. The correct version can be found below.

Incorrect version:
$$ \hat{p}(k) = \frac{{\hat{p}(k) = \int_{y{\rm min} ,k}^{y{\rm max} ,k} {f(y){\text{d}}y + \varepsilon } }}{{K\varepsilon + \sum\nolimits_{k} {\int_{y{\rm min} ,k}^{y{\rm max} ,k} {f(y){\text{d}}y} } }} $$
Correct version:
$$ \hat{p}(k) = \frac{{\int_{y{\rm min} ,k}^{y{\rm max} ,k} {f(y){\text{d}}y + \varepsilon } }}{{K\varepsilon + \sum\nolimits_{k} {\int_{y{\rm min} ,k}^{y{\rm max} ,k} {f(y){\text{d}}y} } }} $$
