  • E. V. Tverdokhleb

The new morphological trait for the genus Triticum L.—pubescence of lemma’s awns was found in the plants obtained from backcross combination (T. timopheevii (Zhuk.) Zhuk. × T. durum cv. Spadshchina) × T. durum cv. Spadshchina. The forms combining this trait with light and dark colour of glumes, presence and absence of pubescence of them, dark and light colour of awns, presence of CMS and genes for fertility restoration are obtained.
