Abstract
Zeolite-containing catalysts for the isomerization of pentane-hexane fractions and the hydro dewaxing of oil fractions are developed at JSC Angarsk Plant of Catalysts and Organic Synthesis. Zeolites of mordenite and the ZSM-5 type are used in preparing catalysts for isomerization and hydrodewaxing, respectively. Zeolites and catalysts based on them are investigated by means of scanning electronic and atomic force microscopy. Tests of catalysts for isomerization and hydrodewaxing on units of circulating-fluid and flow-type reactors with fixed beds are performed. It is shown that the developed catalysts are superior in terms of activity and selectivity to their analogs used in industrial isomerization and hydro dewaxing.
