Specifics of nucleation in superheated water and supersaturated vapor

  • V. N. Chukanov

This work is dedicated to the experimental studying of the nucleation kinetics in superheated water and supersaturated water vapor. A percolation model for the liquid water structure that explains a number of anomalous thermophysical properties of water and water vapor in the metastable region is proposed.
