Effect of aqueous solutions of anionic surfactant from sec-alkane sulfate series in mixture with polyacrylamide-based gel on the solubilization of oil and stability of oil-water emulsion

Abstract

Effect of a polyacrylamide additive to a solution of the surfactant of the sec-alkane sulfate series on the solubilization of oil and stability of an oil-water emulsion at 23°C was studied. It was shown that such parameters as the molecular mass of the polymer and its charge affect the factors under study.
