Synthesis of Titanium Diboride Nanoparticles via the Reaction of TiCl4 with NaBH4 in NaCl‒KCl Ionic Melt


Titanium diboride nanoparticles with diameter of 5–7 nm have been synthesized via the reaction of TiCl4 with NaBH4 in a NaCl‒KCl ionic melt in an autoclave reactor.
