Determination of Kinetic Parameters of Salt Release from Solid Anionic Fliposomes


Influence of temperature and pH value of the media on the release properties of pH-sensitive fliposomes was shown. The two key subprocesses of the release: (1) pH-induced formation of defects and (2) healing of the defects due to the lateral diffusion of lipids, were evaluated.
