Sol-Gel Synthesis and Properties of Y1–xBa x FeO3 Nanocrystals

Abstract

The sol-gel method was used to prepare Y1–xBa x FeO3 (x = 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2) nanocrystals. The influence of the dopant content on the particle size and magnetic properties of yttrium ferrite was examined.
