The named authors hereby wholly retract this Journal of Structural Chemistry article.

The authors became aware that the crystal structure data and SEM images, namely Fig. 1 and Fig 4, do not correspond to the samples of the CPs that they used in the bioactivity evaluation section in this paper.

The authors do not have the facilities to repeat these characterization methods in their laboratory to verify the characteristics and bioactivity of the reported CPs and therefore they are retracting this paper to protect the accuracy and integrity of the scientific record.
