Abstract

The problems of information and control systems modeling for high-risk industries are considered. The basic requirements, objectives and functional capabilities of such systems are described, including the adaptive control problem under “trend” models. Identification issues for the transient characteristics and parameters of objects in information and control systems are observed. An identification method for the estimated step response of objects is proposed. This function is shown to be an unbiased and consistent estimate.
