High-precision algorithmic compensation of temperature instability of accelerometer’s scaling factor

Abstract

An electrical circuit for high-precision compensation of commercial accelerometer’s scaling factor is suggested. Theoretical justification and experimental verification of the circuit’s applicability are provided.
