Models of tariff-premium stimulation systems

Abstract

A theoretical-game model is suggested, in the framework of which the problem of synthesis of an optimal tariff-premium stimulation system (labor payment) is stated and solved. Comparative estimates of the efficiencies of the compensating, linear, and contract (competitive) tariff-premium stimulation systems are found.
