Observers of External Deterministic Disturbances. II. Objects with Unknown Parameters

The design of observers for external deterministic disturbances developed in [3] is extended to parametrically uncertain systems. As in [3], the observer structure and parameters do not depend on the parameters of the controlled system and external disturbance generator.
